There has been a lot of change in the last three months due to Covid-19. Many say that life as we knew it doesn’t exist anymore. It sounds a little depressing. However, there are so many great things that came from Life’s time-out. I’ll just list a few. For example, my discovery of Dandelion Tea. It’s so amazing! It’s a great substitute for coffee and I’ll be writing about very soon.
New business popped up everywhere with many of them being online of course. Families were finally able to spend quality time together. Communities came together to take care of one another. In my case, I was able to reflect on and resolve a lot of emotions I was dealing with. It gave me the rest that I needed.
It also made us realize how important it is to vote and have elected officials that will take the lead when we need them. It made us realize how important our nurses, retail employees, garbage men, postal service employees, etc. are. Ok, I’m getting off topic.
The point is so many great things have come out of these past few months including my 30 day challenges. I admit it. I was getting lazy and chunky. I prefer the gym to my apartment. My apartment was for rest and comfort not workouts. That’s how I personally think. So creating these challenges are meant to help both you and I to stay motivated and moving!
Challenges are posted each month on the Freebie Page. Each month is different but builds on previous exercises. It is a group of 3 bodyweight exercises that you can do almost anywhere. Next month will feature an Ab Challenge.
