In-studio we offer strength training & boxing bootcamps weekly.

Bootcamps are a fun and exciting way to workout! In small groups we will get your heart pumping, your body sweating and the fat melting away. It is a unique way to get a total-body workout with functional training. We want to keep you motivated with guidance & encouragement all the way through! Oh, With some great music of course!
Looking for excitement?! Check out this 30 Minute Boot Camp Class that incorporate MMA style workouts and HIIT aka High intensity Interval Training. Join as a group or as an individual! We follow Covid-19 safety protocols. Classes can accomodate up to 5 people. Masks are required.
