Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Low-fat chips
- Spinach & Spirulina wrap
- Salt & Pepper

Step By Step Instructions
Step 1
Cut the fillet diagonally
Step 2
Cover with soy sauce, salt and pepper
Step 3
Cover the fillet with mayonaisse on both sides. Crush the chips and coat the fillet
Step 4
Place thin foil in a tray, put the fillet on top and bake at 200-degrees celsius for 25 minutes
Step 5
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, pour them on a pre-heated pan and cook for 40 seconds per side

Spread mayo on top of the spinach wrap. Add the omelette, iceberg salad & cut cherry tomatoes

Cut the fillet, put it in the wrap, fold the sides and wrap the burrito up
