Can you believe another decade is gone?! I feel that as I get older, time moves faster. I’m sure you can relate. Maybe time flies because our plates get full of to-do lists. It never ends. The list just gets longer.
Normally, I would tell you how I don’t believe in new year’s resolutions. This year, I have to do something different. New mind, New body, New opportunities. So what are some things that you can do to get a head start?

I’m enforcing my use of the items below:
- Place a Calendar in plain sight to make plans, list events and bills
- Buy a Planner to write down ideas & reminders
- Google Calendars (My favorite)
2019 Taught Me:
Life is precious and everything you have can disappear in the blink of an eye. I was so blessed to have the support that I do through family, my church, and my job. Although I have a handful of friends, they will be there till the end. I love them so much.
I’ve come a long way working on my communication and identifying emotions, but I still have a long way to go.
My goals for 2020:
My main goal is to be fully self-employed by the end of the year. I want to be able to provide for my son and I under my own terms. I love my job, but at the end of the day, if you had the option to be your own boss wouldn’t you?
I believe to achieve my main goal, I have to first change my mindset. I want to attract only positivity in my life for the new year. I allowed myself to have a few breakdowns, wallow in sorrow, and be depressed long enough.
I want to surround myself with like minded, inspiring, and beautiful people.

The most exciting part?! I plan on bringing you more consistent, organized posts. My head has been all over the place the last few months. It definitely shows! Although, I am so proud of myself for writing all year.
Question…
What type of content would you like to see this year? More workouts? Interesting workout tips? Herbal Remedies? Or a Mental Health Focus?
Please comment below! I want to start 2020 with a bang!
Happy New Year!
