Whether you’re trying to pull a grand breakfast of a swift dish, this Frittata recipe is a sure-fire way to brighten up your day with the creamy textures and breath-taking aromas.
Ingredients

7 eggs

¼ cup of milk
- ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese grated
1 tbsp. of olive oil - ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp of salt
- Basil leaves to garnish

5 – 6 cups of spinach leaves
- ¼ tsp of garlic powder

½ cup of feta cheese with extra for topping

Step By Step Instructions
Step 1
Whisk both the feta and parmesan cheese, milk, oregano, black pepper, and eggs. As you do this, preheat the oven.
Next, use an oven-safe pan to prepare the spinach with some oil. Drizzle some salt and garlic then let it cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
Oven: 400 degrees F
Step 2
Cook until the bottom of the mixture is slightly brown and stiff. This will take 6 – 8 minutes. Finish by baking for 12 minutes or until the crust has become crispy and brown.
Step 3
Remove then leave to rest for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve fresh while slightly warm.
