Looking for a delicous hot meal? A super simple and easy to make option for lunch or dinner. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 1-2 tbs. chili powder

  • 2 cans chicken broth

  • 1 tbs. olive oil

  • Minced fresh cilantro and sour cream

  • 4 ounces (113 grams) chopped green chilies

  • 2 c. frozen corn

  • 16 ounces (453 grams) rinsed and drained kidney beans

  • 1-pound (453 grams) ground turkey

Step By Step Instructions

Step 1

Using a Dutch oven, cook the turkey in the oil over medium-high heat until the meat changes color. Drain it.

Step 2

Add chili powder, chilies salsa, corn, broth, and beans. Heat to boil. 

Step 3

Minimize the heat, cover, then simmer for about 15 minutes for the flavors to mix. Serve with cilantro and sour cream.
