If you’ve got a movie night ahead and you don’t have a snack on mind, try out our spicy and sweet popcorn. They’re crispy and savory just as the name goes.
Ingredients
- 9 to 10 cups plain popped popcorn
- 3 tbsps. sunflower oil
- 3 tbsps. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp salt

Step By Step Instructions
Step 1
To start with, pre-heat the oven to 310°F. Follow up by mixing the cinnamon, sunflower oil, maple syrup, then cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 2
In a baking pan, pour the popped popcorn then drizzle the spiced mixture over the popcorn. Season with salt then toss to mix.
Step 3
Bake for 30 minutes as you stir for every 10 minutes, leave to cool before transferring into airtight containers.
