- 9 to 10 cups plain popped popcorn
- 3 tbsps. sunflower oil
- 3 tbsps. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Step By Step Instructions
To start with, pre-heat the oven to 310°F. Follow up by mixing the cinnamon, sunflower oil, maple syrup, then cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
In a baking pan, pour the popped popcorn then drizzle the spiced mixture over the popcorn. Season with salt then toss to mix.
Bake for 30 minutes as you stir for every 10 minutes, leave to cool before transferring into airtight containers.
