There are so many things I love about Tumeric Chai Tea! It is delicious, colorful, and oh so calming. The turmeric adds an interesting twist on the classic chai taste. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is full of circumin and antioxidants.
Whenever I feel stressed or sore from a workout this is my go to tea. Just taking time out of my day to sit down with a cup helps me to destress. The aroma is comforting and the antidepressant properties of the Turmeric definitely help. If I am sore from a workout the anti-inflammatory properties also help with my post workout recovery.

Turmeric Chai Tea
- 8 oz Water
- 2 oz Almond milk or preference
- 1 Chai Tea bag
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- Honey to sweeten
- Bring water to boil and add chai tea bag. Steep for 3-4 minutes and remove.
- Add almond milk, tumeric and honey.
- Stir and enjoy!
